Job Description



Responsibilities: - Responsible for all pre and post onboarding activities including engagement Run Monthly Headcount reports SPOC for GRI and Independent Contractors and rolling out IC contracts SPOC for Cheers program within Region Implement the newly created manager training for Australia manage Employee Relations activities and advise managers on employee issues support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems provide support in driving strategic projects Expected to keep a finger on the pulse of the business through employee interactions Proactively communicate policies and process to employees Facilitate and coordinate with different function teams on workforce required training programs Partner and strategize with the Learning SPOC and Operations to ensure continuous and sustained learning through Genome and other platforms Initiate, lead, and drive continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and challenges; - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives; - Provide guidance and expertise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices; - Partner with business units to address employee relations issues and performance management; - Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and proactive solutions; - Support talent acquisition efforts and workforce planning initiatives; - Lead change management and organizational development activities; - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all HR practices and initiatives.
