As the Finance Planning & Analysis Hub Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our FP&A hub services, , and in particular our Corporate Business Units, Services and Divisions. You will be responsible for ensuring that financial planning and analysis activities performed in our center of excellence for your portfolio of services meet the highest standards of efficiency, effectiveness and customer centricity while being in accordance with clearly defined service level agreements with the various internal stakeholders. Your attention to detail will be critical in driving informed decision-making and transforming the way we work in Finance.


Key responsibilities:


1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team Participation:


· Participate in local FP&A team activities, rhythms, and output consolidation.


· Support, participate and ensure both, annual / 3 YP and forecasting cycle processes and reporting.


· Support ad-hoc consolidated analysis and P&L management.


· Participate in month-end close analyses and reporting activities.


· Manage financial metadata structure and hierarchy files in collaboration with Business Intelligence team.


2. Essential Responsibilities:


· Support in the preparation of rolling forecasts, operating plans, and 3-year plans.


· Assist in data maintenance/governance.


· Enhance/maintain financial forecasting models and master templates.


· Assist and support months end close process and ad hoc analytical projects.


3. Financial Control / Systems and Automation:


· Work with systems like SAP4 Hanna, NEA, PowerBI and OneStream.


· Align system data and ensure proper controls and procedures are followed.


· Control and analysis of monthly closing against USGAAP policies.


· Participate in automation and process standardization.


4. Ad Hoc / Project Work:


· Handle ad hoc tasks like investigate variance analysis and drivers.


· Analyze current and past trends with key performance indicators.


· Meet KPIs for effectiveness and efficiency of FP&A services.


· Continuously assess and report on data quality and process performance.


· Ensure proper controls, procedures, and policies are followed.



Qualifications

· At least 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Business Analytics


· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance / qualified accountantDeep knowledge of accounting (USGAAP, Accruals/matching concept, capitalization rules)


· CA/CFA/CIMA/CPA Degree (Preferred but will also consider Inter pass and working towards full qualification)


· Multi national company experience


· Global exposure


· Fluent in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.) and ERP systems


· Experience using data visualization tools (PowerBI etc.) is highly preferred


· Experience of a EPM, such as Anaplan, One Stream, Hyperion, etc


· Critical Thinking- able to analyze and demonstrate problem-solving skills


· Track record of success in FP&A roles


· Adaptability and change-oriented mindset – able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while working on projects across various fields


· Communication skills (Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing, with senior stakeholders)


· Can demonstrate Customer Centricity


· Strong interpersonal skills and capable of collaborating within multifunctional teams


· Fluency in English, both verbal and written.


· Attention to detail and highest standards of accuracy and precision.


· Very organized and detail oriented with an ability to be flexible and independent


· Ability to think creatively and be self-motivated.


· Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
