GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Corporate/B2B Collections experience Required: 3–4 Years
2. Good knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheets.
3 Understands the GST & can resolve issues around it
4. Needs to be good with Customer communications, Writing & verbal
5. Self motivated, process-oriented & Willing to accept challenges to make good out of it
6. Understanding of DSO, AR Reduction, and dispute resolution is must
7. This role involves interaction with cross-functional team & B2B customers; hence candidate should be good with interpersonal skills.
8. Role may demand of visiting assigned clients sometimes
