Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise resource planning applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to human capital management systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes within cloud-based environments.
