Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) RTCDP & Web SDK Specialist to support enterprise-scale data collection, unification, audience creation, and activation as part of a large Adobe marketing transformation initiative.This role combines deep expertise in AEP Real-Time CDP with strong hands-on experience in AEP Web SDK implementation using Adobe Launch (Tags). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of XDM schema design, identity resolution, real-time data ingestion, and audience activation, enabling personalized experiences across digital channels. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and implement XDM schemas, datasets, and data relationships aligned to business and marketing use cases
- Implement and manage AEP Web SDK using Adobe Launch (Tags) for real-time web and digital data collection
- Configure and maintain DataStream including Edge Network settings, destinations, consent, and debugging
- Manage batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines into Adobe Experience Platform
- Set up and maintain Identity Namespaces, Identity Graphs, and Merge Policies to enable unified customer profiles
- Support event-based data collection, mapping, and validation from web and digital touchpoints
- Build, manage, and optimize audiences using AEP Segmentation UI and SQL-based segment builder
- Ensure real-time audience qualification and validate segment logic using profile simulation and debugging tools
- Configure and support Destinations, Data Sources, and Adobe Consent Frameworks
- Troubleshoot issues related to Web SDK events, data mapping, profile stitching, audience qualification, and activation
- Collaborate closely with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Offer Decisioning teams to ensure seamless data activation
- Document data dictionaries, XDM models, event schemas, identity logic, and segmentation rules
- Support platform QA/UAT, privacy reviews, and governance processes
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to solution design and problem resolution
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with Adobe platform enhancements and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with AEP Web SDK implementation using Adobe Launch (Tags) & DataStream configuration and Edge Network setup
- Proficiency in XDM schema and dataset design, Identity resolution, cross-device stitching, and merge policies & Audience segmentation and activation strategies
- Strong understanding of profile store behavior, segment evaluation logic, and real-time personalization
- Experience with batch and streaming ingestion via APIs or source connectors (e.g., SFTP, cloud storage)
- Exposure to destination integrations (e.g., Marketo, ad platforms, custom endpoints)
- Comfortable working with JSON, data models, and Web SDK / segment debug logs
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills - Adobe AEP Business Practitioner or Architect Certification Additional Information: - 4–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Mar Tech, or CDP platforms
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP
