Customer Delivery Architect- Cisco Routing & Switching platforms - Mumbai (10+ Yrs)

Come join the CX team focusing on Enterprise Networking Emerging Tech Solutions (SDA, SDWAN, Meraki etc.) as a Consulting Engineer. We need a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to escalated issues. With a top-tier mix of broad networking knowledge and specific area expertise, as well as excellent Customer Relationship Leadership skills, you're well-positioned to become an advisor capable of building proven, long-term relationships with customers. This role requires taking ownership of key accounts, to ensure committed service delivery.

• Deep technical knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching platforms is a must.
• Deep understanding of Cisco’s EN Product Line and Solutions: Catalyst Centre (DNAC/SDA), Catalyst SDWAN, Catalyst switching products and different router families. Deployment experience on these technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts including public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers/dockers/virtualization, web services APIs, elastic infrastructure, is a plus.
• Networking: OSI Layer 2 and switching knowledge (Spanning tree, vPC, Ether-Channel, VLAN, VXLAN, etc), Layer 3 routing (OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, IPv4/6), DNS/DHCP WAN/ISP, network virtualization (N1kv, VRF), basics of higher layer protocols: SSL/TLS, HTTP, real-time traffic (voice/video), NFS, database access protocols.
• Solid Experience in architecting solution and design of complex customer deployments with ability to explain the design decisions.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Python experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of other EN technologies such as Meraki, Cisco Wireless and Cisco ISE is a bonus
• Programmatic control of infrastructure elements (data model, API), integration frameworks and technologies
• Network/Infrastructure Security technologies (Firewall, access control, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, administrative access control) and Compliance (PCI, SOx, HIPAA)

• Requires BS/BE/BTech degree or equivalent plus 10+ years of related experience in IT industry
• Certifications: CCIE Preferred, CCNP, Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure etc.), SDN
• Hardworking, persuasive, personable leader with a vision capable of quickly establishing executive interest in how to architect, deploy and operate the Enterprise network of the future.
• Understands and can articulate the value and business advantage of enterprise solution techniques and cloud architectures
• Strong customer-facing sales and architectural skills.
• Core expertise to include design concepts, IT analysis/analytical thinking, innovation management, enterprise perspective and process knowledge.
• Analyzes opportunities with a broad, strategic view; integrates business and technology requirements to achieve cross-domain solutions that work across the enterprise; applies methodologies that are appropriate for multiple users / technology platforms.
• Client-facing, multi-functional influence, external and internal consulting/partnering.
• Solid grasp of the industry landscape (competitors and partners)
• High-level, out-of-the-box thinking, analytical reasoning, and creative problem solving skills.
• Ability to shift from high-level thinking to realistic and pragmatic execution is crucial.
• Good end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations;
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills: ability to communicate technology strategy and architecture approach to engineers, executives, and Cisco customers.
• Communication skills to include conflict management, negotiation, presentation/demonstration, and written communication-cultural sensitivity, goal alignment, learning agility, and virtual/remote training.
