What You Will Do:


Your role will involve delivering software development and engineering work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:


  • Designing, developing, and maintaining databases to support clinical research projects and data management activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements, ensuring compatibility and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Implementing data models, schemas, and structures to optimize data storage, retrieval, and reporting processes.
  • Performing database performance tuning and optimization to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for database-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to project timelines.

Your Profile:


You will bring relevant software development and engineering experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Database Developer or Database Administrator in a clinical research or healthcare environment.
  • Strong Experience in Medidata Rave
  • Strong understanding of database design principles, data modeling techniques, and Nrmalization concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
