DevOps Engineers - Senior (Hybrid)


We are recruiting for a number of Senior DevOps Engineers to work cross-functionally on the latest cloud infrastructure and platforms to build services providing security for collaboration suites in Bangalore, India.

Want to work on technical challenges that span complex micro-service architectures, millions of users and tens of thousands of servers? Then come join our dynamic Engineering Team and deliver products to millions of users! 


As an engineer in our API and Integrations teams, you will help build and maintain our growing API platform and build integrations with leading security ecosystem providers. You will have the opportunity to work with various open source systems, work in our private cloud as well as have exposure to public clouds such as AWS and GCP. You will help ensure our backend services, web application UI, and frameworks provided by the platform meet the high standards demanded by our customers. 


What You’ll Do:


  • Building and maintaining Data Platform Jenkins pipelines, used for build, testing & deploying services to AWS. 
  • Managing Data Platform AWS infrastructure using Terraform. 
  • Engaging directly with all groups within the Engineering organization and acting as their point of contact for all of the systems and tools we manage. 
  • Collaborating with team's engineers to optimize their build performance. 
  • Implementing our strategy for managing Kubernetes manifests. 
  • Creating self-service frameworks to enable automated testing and application rollout to allow fast and reliable code validation. 
  • Bringing your full SDLC experience to help improve our overall engineering processes, testing approaches, deployment pipelines, and operational procedures

What You’ll Bring:


  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as DevOps engineer and/or an Automation engineer on a variety of projects
  • Proficiency in at least one of our primary programming languages (Groovy, Python, Java)
  • Experience in build and release pipelines and related tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
  • Strong knowledge of Linux environments 
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS and\or GCP)
  • Deep understanding of containerization and hands-on experience using Terraform and Docker
  • Experience with Kubernetes and managed Kubernetes platforms (e.g., EKS, GKE)
  • Experience with various build systems (e.g., Gradle, Make) 
  • Knowledge of Git & source control (e.g., GitLab, GitHub)
  • Experience troubleshooting issues 
  • Experience working in an Agile development, test and deploy environment

Desirable skills: 


  • Experience with integrating at least 1 automated testing tool\s and framework\s (e.g., Cypress, JMeter, JUnit, BDD). 
  • Experience with different known technologies: 
    • Grafana & Prometheus
    • Ansible
    • Kafka or RabbitMQ & Redis 
    • Kibana & ES
    • Helm
