Major Duties :1. Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit/function. Technical expert without management responsibilities, seen as key advisors on significant business decisions.
2. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at the highest technical level
3. Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities
4. Keeps abreast of emerging industry trends. Maintains regular contact with peers internal and external to firm, including regulators and professional organizations
5. Provides critical thinking and input to business strategy at the execution/operation level
6. Produces high quality business requirements that meet the needs of the development organization
7. Maintains requirements/scope oversight throughout the delivery cycle for transformational activities
Knowledge :Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
In-depth domain/Industry Knowledge is required
Analytical and problem solving skills are required as well as creative and analytical thinking
Experience :Experience in the technology and/or financial services industry, a Bachelor¿s degree and/or CBAP or CCBA certification or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
