Preferred Location are Mumbai / Pune Hinjewadi Job Description Job Description: Senior Salesforce Developer Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 4-5 years of proven expertise in Salesforce development and demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to join our dynamic team at CRISIL Ltd. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools • Develop complex workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules to automate business processes • Create custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom applications • Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products as needed Use AI-Assisted Development Tools • Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate code development, improve code quality, and enhance productivity • Leverage AI capabilities for intelligent code completion, debugging, and deployment • Apply AI-driven code suggestions and best practices to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable Salesforce code • Use generative AI tools to automate repetitive coding tasks, generate unit tests, and create technical documentation • Implement prompt engineering techniques to maximize the effectiveness of AI coding assistants • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for implementation • Evaluate and adopt new AI-powered development tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency Technical Leadership • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
