About the Team​

We are looking for an experienced and talented “Digital Designer” to craft and shape user-centered experiences and creative deliverables. As a Digital Designer, you will leverage your strong decision-making background to actively collaborate with a diverse team within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Working closely with colleagues across various verticals, product engineers, developers, and content writers, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing complex and ambiguous projects end-to-end with minimal direction.

As a Digital Designer, your design expertise and skillset ensure that digital projects are not only visually appealing and user-friendly but also aligned with the brand’s objectives. Your creative mindset helps to keep the company ahead of industry trends, driving creativity and maintaining competitiveness, contributing to the company’s overall success and market relevance. 

What You will Do

• Design and create user-centered digital experiences and creative assets while adhering to brand guidelines. 

  
  

• Design and maintain the Sprinklr Website, product landing pages, events & webinar promotional microsites, and other web properties within the company’s domain ensuring they align with brand guidelines. 

  
  

• Create new website components, optimize existing components, and manage the design system.

  
  

• Create and improve wireframes, build prototypes, style guides, and user flows, effectively communicate ideas using these methods.

  
  

• Create visuals for websites, blog content, and social media promotions in accordance with brand guidelines.

  
  

• Utilizing the power of AI-driven design tools in day-to-day tasks would be a plus.

  
  

• Collaborate with content, website, creative teams, and developers to bring design ideas from concept to execution.

  
  

• Optimize landing pages for maximum conversion through active testing and updating using web design strategies. 

  
  

• Test and enhance website experiences by incorporating new functionalities and features. 

  
  

• Work closely with designers, developers, content strategists, SEO specialists, and marketers to achieve project goals.

  
  

What Makes You Qualified

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Designer or in a similar role, highlighting a strong portfolio of design work.

  
  

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.,

  
  

• A keen eye for detail, excellent visual design skills (typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, etc.,)

  
  

• Solid understanding of User Interface (UI) design principles, methodologies like accessibility, usability, proximity, mobile first designs, etc.,

  
  

• Ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts and ideas.

  
  

• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. 

  
  

• Good understanding of CMS (Content Management System) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles. 

  
  

• Adaptability and resilience in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
