In this role you will…
- Own the prioritization of business stakeholders requirements and its continuous refinement
- Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with broader organization goals
- Own the definition, set up, and execution of test cases to validate that the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements
- Communicate solution tradeoffs to business stakeholders to frame and influence decisions
- Coordinate with external partners, Sanofi Digital Medical, Sanofi Medical Business, maintaining team health
- Ensure the measure of generated value and incorporate user feedbacks to ensure continuous value delivery
- Lead business-critical operational performance indicators and technical metrics
- Ensure the best possible user experience – internal voice of the user supported by UX/UI
- Analyze and ensure the resolution of the potential issues within Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Provide consistent updates to leadership and executives, making communication easy and clear regarding product issues and decisions to be made. Support business case creation
- Promote usability standards and design solutions with a high-quality
- Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology trends to guide business partners on emerging opportunities
- Ensure the delivery is in alignment in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
- Prepare and maintain training material and SOPs, knowledge base articles and technical documentation
About you
- 5 years+ experience in relevant role OR in Project Management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or similar field
- Interfaces technical implementation experience (Tibco and/or Informatica cloud)
- API/Web Service knowledges
- Experience in Agile development processes and DevOps methodology / principals
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology. Agile / Scrum practices using Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience leading multi-department and multi-cultural teams: clarifying requirements, resolving conflicts, defining roadmap and driving progress
- Salesforce knowledge and Pharmaceutical experience would be a plus
