In this role you will…


  • Own the prioritization of business stakeholders requirements and its continuous refinement
  • Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with broader organization goals
  • Own the definition, set up, and execution of test cases to validate that the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements
  • Communicate solution tradeoffs to business stakeholders to frame and influence decisions
  • Coordinate with external partners, Sanofi Digital Medical, Sanofi Medical Business, maintaining team health
  • Ensure the measure of generated value and incorporate user feedbacks to ensure continuous value delivery
  • Lead business-critical operational performance indicators and technical metrics
  • Ensure the best possible user experience – internal voice of the user supported by UX/UI
  • Analyze and ensure the resolution of the potential issues within Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Provide consistent updates to leadership and executives, making communication easy and clear regarding product issues and decisions to be made. Support business case creation
  • Promote usability standards and design solutions with a high-quality
  • Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology trends to guide business partners on emerging opportunities
  • Ensure the delivery is in alignment in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
  • Prepare and maintain training material and SOPs, knowledge base articles and technical documentation 

About you


  • 5 years+ experience in relevant role OR in Project Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or similar field 
  • Interfaces technical implementation experience (Tibco and/or Informatica cloud)
  • API/Web Service knowledges
  • Experience in Agile development processes and DevOps methodology / principals 
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology. Agile / Scrum practices using Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience leading multi-department and multi-cultural teams: clarifying requirements, resolving conflicts, defining roadmap and driving progress
  • Salesforce knowledge and Pharmaceutical experience would be a plus
