Job Description

Overview The PepsiCo Global Template Analytics DevSecOps Lead will be accountable for the development and support of reporting and analytics solutions globally. The role will ensure that the incidents are resolved, and the SLAs are met and the development of new analytics to support PepsiCo business globally. This role is accountable for the sustain of 7 value streams such as Order To Cash, Procure to Pay, Forecast to Schedule, Record to Report, Make to deploy, Enterprise Asset Management and Trade Promotions Management. The role is expected to lead the design and build quality analytics in a stable environment consisting of Enterprise HANA, BW, S/4HANA, SLT, BODS, CPI-DS, Embedded Analytics (Fiori Apps), SAC , and Business Objects (Web Intelligence, AFO). This role will be responsible for overseeing SAP eHANA, SAP Business Objects, BW and SAC services and offerings in the PGT landscape, encompassing administration, maintenance, and performance. The role will act as a product manager, establishing operational metrics and managing day-to-day operations. The role also collaborates with the functional teams and SAP, serving as an enabler to ensure alignment between the platform and product deliveries, to address business challenges. Responsibilities Lead PGT Analytics DevSecOps team of 25+ resources across multiple locations globally. Experience in managing Finances, AOP and forecasting Lead the service management KPIs for PGT Analytics Collaborating with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implementing best practices. Ensuring the smooth functioning of the platform by monitoring system performance, identifying, and resolving incidents and problems. Collaborating on the Integration of SAP eHANA with other enterprise systems where required. Ensuring compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards. Provide guidance and support to development teams in implementing best practices. Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing remediation measures. Collaborate with other teams necessary to ensure effective incident response and disaster recovery processes. Managing the relationship with SAP as the vendor, coordinating licensing, and evaluating new functionality. Establish an active platform roadmap. Provide coaching and mentorship to others. Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technologies, timelines and sequences Adopt and adhere to Agile principles and values (see agilemanifesto.org): Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering required At least 5 years of experience managing and leading large teams At least 5 years of hands-on experience on building native SAP e-HANA models using webIDE/HANA XSA and BW Deep and broad experience with solution design, configuration, and implementation for SAP Analytics tools Broad functional experience in 2 or more value streams such as Finance, Procurements, Logistics, Planning Complex reporting solution development in eHANA and delivery on front end tools like BOBJ, SAC, Fiori, PowerBI At least 15 years of major SAP transformation or end to end implementation projects with experience in Functional & technical solution design & development Analyze requirements definition/mapping & apply required configuration changes Development, execution, Hypercare, Sustain UAT execution lead role for a specific area Functional & Technical Workshop delivery Training material and documentation development Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, as well as Agile methodologies. Knowledge of ITSM processes, reporting and analytics in ServiceNow. Good to have: Knowledge and skills for SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), BODS, ADLS, and POWERBI Other essential skills: Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously with the ability to adapt priorities quickly and effectively A high level of independence as demonstrated through clear problem solving and communication skills and the delivery of high-quality work Ability to effectively guide and inspire the team. Provide clear direction and motivate team members to achieve success. Possess strong conflict resolution skills Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+ , MS Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, Service Now Have a mindset of continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. Exposure/Experience in SaFe methodology
