Document Controller is responsible for managing and overseeing the documentation process within the organization. This role ensures that all documents are accurately filed, maintained, and accessible to authorized personnel while adhering to regulatory and company standards. Key Responsibilities Copy, scan and store documents and drawings of civil, structural, MEP for entire project. Supersede the documents and drawings after getting revised documents or drawings. Issue all GFC drawings hard copies, maintain necessary records. Maintain the all-test certificates, SAT or relevant inspection document/drawings from site team Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows) Distribute project-related copies to internal teams File documents in physical and digital records Create templates for future use Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients Manage the flow of documentation within the Site team Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed As-Built documentation Essential Candidate Requirements Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with project management Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) Proficient typing and editing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
