Technology Specifications and related Skill Sets:


(Documentum Platform)


Proficient in installing and configuring Documentum product suites (16.x, 20.x, 22.x) on Linux environments.


Should have Documentum xPlore migration experience from 1.4 to above  versions along with trouble-shooting and analytical skills.


Must have very good knowledge on Documentum REST API’s & CMIS.


Installing/Configuring Webtop, D2 & DA on 16.x, 20.x, 22.x versions.


Proficient in managing web applications on JBoss 6.x/7.x.


Database knowledge on db links, schema refresh, indexes creation & table spaces is must.


Documentum experience supporting sophisticated mission critical environments hosted on Linux environment.


Strong Documentum platform support background including System upgrades, docbase refreshes and managing content file stores like NAS, Snap lock, Centera etc…


Knowledge on fixing UCF related issues is required.


Content migration across file stores using Documentum jobs.


Strong proficiency in WDK/ Webtop / DFS based development and customization/ CMIS / REST API’s.


Strong proficiency in DFC development & SOA- Webservices/.


Should have worked on Documentum suite 16.x and above versions hosted on Linux environments.



Experience in setting up and maintenance of autosys jobs.


Proficient in managing web applications on JBoss 6.x/7.x.


Experience working with vendor - Opentext support.


Experience following change and incident management framework.


Strong documentation and communication skills.


SSO/Kerberos would be an added advantage.


Strong scripting skills in DQL, IAPI and database skills.


Knowledge of Investment Management banking practices is helpful, Basic understanding of finance industry and terminology



Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud environments ensuring high availability.



Manage multi-node architecture, clustering, scalability, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)


Integrate Tableau with AD/LDAP, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and cloud identity providers


Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and SoD controls


Conduct periodic access reviews and support IAM certification processes (e.g., SailPoint)


Manage data sources, extracts, and live connections with secure credential and secrets handling


Configure and monitor extract refresh schedules and optimize data connectivity


Monitor platform health using Admin Views, logs, and enterprise tools (e.g., Splunk, cloud monitoring)


Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize dashboards, queries, and server/cloud resources


Enforce governance standards including project hierarchy, naming conventions, and content lifecycle


Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies (TLS 1.2/1.3, encryption at rest/in transit)


Support audits by providing documentation, evidence artifacts, and control adherence


Manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes aligned to RTO/RPO targets


Develop and maintain scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and leverage REST API/TabCmd for automation


Enable CI/CD pipelines for Tableau deployments (version control, automated content promotion across DEV/UAT/PROD environments)


Level Of Education:
Bachelor’s Degree level qualification (B.Sc, B.Tech, BE, M.Tech, MCA)


Communication
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Communicate (calls & emails) with end users for bug fixes and escalations.


Report status on all assigned team tasks and support responsibilities.


Document technical problems, resolutions and processes for assigned work, contribution to knowledge base documents.


Team representation on various meetings and forums like ITOPS, Change Management etc.,


Past experience in handling Documentum platform support calls & Production Critical issues.
  



Operations
Strong Troubleshooting skills


Setup and enforce policies and procedures for smooth BAU functioning.


Available for work in rotational night shifts.


Available for rotational On-Call Support over weekends.


Full lifecycle development of Documentum platform to meet business needs.


Should be able to understand and document business requirements.


Positive attitude, real passion for strong work ethics, ability to execute independently yet also maintain a strong team orientation.


Must be resourceful and able to work on his / her own initiatives but know when to report problems, seek advice or further information / help.


Previous Level Of Experience: Experience: 12 - 15 years of similar work experience.



Good to Have
Experience in HA configuration of Documentum content server.


Experience in HA configuration of Documentum xPlore.


Documentum 16.x to 20.x migration knowledge 


Experience in configuring LDAP Sync and authentication processes.


Proficiency in application development using STRUTS 2.0 & HIBERNATE frameworks, good knowledge on core Java & J2EE concepts is required.


Understanding of deployment process using Bit bucket and Jenkins.


Hands on experience on Eclipse, composer, work flow manager, Forms Builder, Task space shall be added advantage.
