Technical Requirement :

Software Requirements:

• Mastery in .NET, .NET Core, WebAPI, RestApi.
• Proficiency in multithreading and real-time application development.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain client-server and distributed real-time applications.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.

Category-wise Technical Skills:

Core Development:

• Solid experience with .NET, .NET Core, and familiarity with the Unix/Linux environment.
• Strong skills in object-oriented design and development.
• Expertise in concurrency and high-volume server-side development.

Data Management:

• Strong data analysis skills with an exceptional attention to detail.

Development Methodologies:

• Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle, particularly in Agile teams following Scrum methodology.

Software Testing:

• Proficiency in various testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.

Experience:

• A proven track record of developing complex client-server, distributed, real-time applications.
• Hands-on experience with source code management solutions like Git, Stash, and continuous integration tools such as Team City.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Collaborate with team members to define system requirements and design solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and documented code.
• Conduct thorough unit and performance testing of new features.
• Participate actively in code reviews and continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in .NET and .NET Core development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
