Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Dotnet Fullstack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This role involves working across front-end and back-end systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in the Microsoft technology stack, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.


Software Requirements
 


Required Software Skills:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


  • Knowledge of Windows Operating System and Windows Server environments


  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365


  • Strong understanding of the .NET framework and C# programming language


  • Experience with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code for development and debugging


  • Familiarity with SQL Server for database interactions


  • Version control experience with Git or TFS


Preferable Skills:


  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines


  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)


  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React


Overall Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary technical contact for Microsoft-based solutions and support


  • Work closely with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable Microsoft solutions


  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft enterprise software and hardware infrastructure


  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to implement integrated solutions


  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Microsoft systems and applications


  • Contribute to architectural discussions and assist in the planning of new technology deployments


  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures


  • Support user training and escalate issues for resolution when necessary

Qualifications
