The role requires strong expertise in embedded systems testing, automation frameworks, connectivity validation, and end-to-end system verification for IoT/gateway solutions.Tasks / ResponsibilitiesDefine end-to-end test architecture and validation strategy for embedded and IoT/gateway platforms. Architect scalable test frameworks for Embedded based systems across device, middleware, connectivity, and application layers.Define automated validation approaches for embedded devices, gateways, edge systems, and cloud-connected platforms. Design and implement test strategies for: Functional testing, System integration testing, Connectivity testing, Reliability and endurance testing, Security validation and OTA and upgrade validation Architect automated test environments for Linux-based embedded products using CI/CD and DevOps methodologies. Design scalable hardware-in-loop (HIL), simulation, and virtual test environments. Drive test automation initiatives for embedded platforms, gateways, and distributed edge systems. Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/ML-assisted testing, intelligent automation, synthetic data generation, and GenAI-based test engineering workflows. Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated regression frameworks and validation practices.
