Description and Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic AI Application & Full Stack Developer to build scalable web applications, AI-powered features, and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in modern full-stack development along with exposure to AI integrations, LLM-based applications, and workflow-driven digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React.js, FastAPI, Python, Node.js, MongoDB, and OpenSearch.
• Build AI-powered features such as:
  • Conversational interfaces
  • AI-assisted workflows
  • Semantic search
  • Intelligent automation solutions
  • RAG-based applications
• Integrate AI APIs, embeddings, vector search, and workflow orchestration tools into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Contribute to frontend development, backend integrations, API development, and performance optimization.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, feature development, testing, and releases.
• Build reusable components and scalable workflow-driven applications.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Next.js / React.js
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • FastAPI / Python / Node.js
  • MongoDB / OpenSearch
  • REST APIs
• Experience or exposure to:
  • AI application development
  • LLM integrations
  • Prompt engineering
  • Semantic search & embeddings
  • RAG architectures
  • AI workflow automation
• Good understanding of scalable web application development and frontend best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP ecosystem, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience working on AI-enabled platforms, automation systems, ecommerce, or enterprise applications.
• Exposure to cloud-native development and modern DevOps practices.
