We are looking for a skilled and proactive Engineering Associate to support the maintenance and smooth operation of all hotel facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities.
  • Attend guest room maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs.
  • Monitor and maintain utility systems, generators, pumps, and other engineering equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and report major issues to the Engineering Supervisor.
  • Support energy conservation initiatives and sustainability programs.
  • Assist in emergency situations and respond to maintenance-related incidents.

Requirements:


  • ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
