Job Description

• Experience in risk assessment, ability to identify risks, control gaps and improvement opportunities
• Assess control requirements and fitment to objectives and document findings
• Perform Test of Design, Test of Effectiveness and Roll Forward testing in accordance with audit timelines
• Responsible for assessing entity and process level controls, IT general and application controls, Access Management, SDLC and other SOC reviews
• Contribute to on-going projects as needed to improve controls environment and efficacy of related controls
• Evaluate audit findings and recommend changes in control or policies to address the gaps
• Conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders and IT personnel for better adoption of SOX controls and gauge the efficacy of existing controls
• Update knowledgebase and documentation to stay relevant and bring the team up to speed on latest control requirements and associated changes.
• Maintain documentation of work papers in a central repository and ensure completeness and accuracy of all documentation
• Document findings and explain the rationale and associated risk of finding, follow up for remediation plans and re-test remediated findings
• Policy mapping and metrics dashboards, update documentation and associated Risk Register
