Your impact
We are seeking a skilled Process Design Engineer to support process engineering design and delivery across industrial, semiconductor, and pharmaceutical projects. The role involves design calculations, documentation, simulations, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant and high-quality engineering outputs.

• Contribute to process engineering design across project phases: Concept, Basic, FEED, and Detailed Engineering

  
  
  

• Develop:

  
  
  
  • Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
  • Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Process design basis and control narratives

• Perform:

  
  
  
  • Process simulations
  • Heat & material balance calculations
  • Equipment sizing and selection

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience in process design engineering across:
  • Industrial / Chemical
  • Semiconductor
  • Pharmaceutical sectors

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong foundation in process engineering design principles

  
  
  

• Experience in process simulation tools:

  
  
  
  • Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Aspen EDR

• Familiarity with:

  
  
  
  • PipeFlo, AFT Fathom & Arrow
  • HTRI, FlexSim, and plant design tools

• Knowledge of:

  
  
  
  • Clean utilities and water systems
  • Industrial and semiconductor process systems

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

  
  
  

• Good communication and coordination abilities
