Analyze and evaluate customer applications for ultrasonic assembly. Assist with recommending equipment tooling and part design modifications for rigid plastic applications, metal welding applications, textile, EV Battery, food cutting etc.
Provide application troubleshooting support both at the factory and in the field along with client site visits with sales
Provide technical communication (ie. Application briefs, technical bulletins) internally and externally.
Engage actively in training interns, new employees, external seminars and lab training programs.
Provide technical consultative assistance during the sales process to accurately assess potential customer’s needs and determine suited solution
Develop and present unique value propositions to clients and provide pre-sales support for better technology and cost competitiveness positioning.

3-12 years in ultrasonic know-how/plastics/metal joining experience, assembly, techniques, experience of project management
