Job Description

You should demonstrate experience in developing relationships in a highly matrixed organization, as well as experience in handling the administrative and executive support related tasks with minimal supervision. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion f assignments and in line with the department’s activities and goals


Job Responsibility


  • Preparation/ review of project timelines and work closely with teams for project closures
  • Demonstrate ability to manage/ publish project dashboard.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Organize events/ plan meetings and take minutes and publish.
  • Work with manager on other key initiatives that support connect of the organization.
  • Ability to interact with staff (at all levels)
  • All Hands meetings execution
  • Seating/ location strategy/ Team Transportation/ Team Events 
  • Surveys/ Employee Related MIS (Assets and Access for new hire)/ Resource Management including checking and reporting for compliance / control needs
  • Should support on people related initiatives/ events, coordinate and execute   
  • Support New Hire Session
    Required qualification, skills and capabilities:
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting teams in a fast paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Creative, thoughtful, take problems and dissect it for solutions, better yet, you can foresee it coming and are three steps ahead. 
  • Can work independently and manage frequent changing needs. Enjoy problem solving and anticipate change and act efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in calendar management A high-level integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in interacting with people at all levels is imperative.
  • The ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is critical. Positive, proactive and approachable personality.
  • Experience supporting larger teams is a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, concern for quality & accuracy and working to strict deadlines
  • Strong working experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point including table creation), Tableau and other productivity tools.
