Job Description:
 

Responsibilities • Proactively manage and coordinate the Executive’s calendar and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and interactions with tact and diplomacy. • Oversee the preparation and organization of materials for high-level meetings and presentations, ensuring they are of the highest standard and align with the Executive’s priorities. • Act as a liaison between the Executive and other senior leaders, providing strategic and operational support as required • Compose, edit, and proofread high-level business correspondence and presentations, ensuring they are polished, professional, and in line with the firm's standards • Manage and maintain the Executive's contacts and databases. Perform research and gather information, as needed • Coordinate team meetings, activities, and communications, fostering a positive and productive team environment. • Provide support for marketing and practice development activities, including events, marketing materials, and industry group support. Utilize internal networks and teams to effectively manage workflow and achieve results. • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives, and other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in public accounting or professional services environment, preferred. • Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion • Experience managing individuals, projects, and processes effectively • High level of initiative, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure • Proven track record of providing high-level support to senior leaders and demonstrated ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions • Ability to prioritize, organize, and effectively manage workload to meet deadlines • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint); advanced skills preferred.
