Executive - Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who can manage construction costs with expertise, aiming to enhance value for money while ensuring that the project meets all legal and quality standards.

• Draft Bill of Quantities from tender drawings to provide clear project estimates.
  
• Verify job cost bills based on site executions, ensuring they align with project financial plans.
  
• Oversee projects with a keen eye on budgeted costs and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  
• Assist in the preparation of basic tender documents to ensure all necessary project requirements are accurately captured.
  
• Develop detailed variation proposals to address any changes or deviations from the original plan.
  
• Anchor on-site activities, coordinating efforts to ensure projects are completed on time and resources are utilized effectively.
  
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and deviation statements to support project execution and compliance.
  

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  
• Minimum of 1 year in quantity surveying, preferably within the interiors sector of construction.
  

• Proficient in BoQ preparation and cost estimation.
  
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
  
• Effective communication and project management abilities.
  
• Detail-oriented with a knack for precise documentation.
