Job Description:


  • Preparation of import checklists and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place
  • Managing Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and licensed shipments.
  • Audit import documentation checklists to ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal SOPs
  • Identify discrepancies, missing documents, or errors and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Preparation of import checklists and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place ((preferable knowledge)
  • Filing of Bill of Entry and handling E-Sanchit processes (preferable knowledge).
  • In-depth knowledge of customs tariffs and classification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for documentation and reporting.


Experience and Qualifications


  • Graduate in any stream
  • 5-10 years of experience in import documentation, checklist preparation.
  • Working knowledge of LogiSys software is required.
  • Understanding of audit processes, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., customs, trade compliance, FTA, import/export laws).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and documentation.
  • Familiarity with EDI systems, ERP software, or other workflow management tools is a plus.
