WHAT YOU'LL DO


Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects : cloud migrations, system deployments, upgrades, and transformation initiatives


  • Drive program governance (MBRs/QBRs, RAID, executive reporting) ensuring on-time delivery
  • Coordinate across global teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver large-scale initiatives
  • Own service , executive and project communication:
    • Service management co-ordination and notifications
    • Executive updates and dashboards
  • Build and standardize communication templates for IT service management
    BIO Branding & Knowledge Management
  • Create executive decks, strategy presentations, and org-level mailers for events and visits
  • Drive BIO branding and internal communication initiatives
  • Build and manage SharePoint portals for Program tracking, Documentation repositories, Knowledge sharing and governance
    Continuous Improvement
  • Drive service improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Identify automation opportunities and support AIOps / data-driven operations

WHAT YOU BRING


  • 12–20 years in IT Infrastructure / Program Management / Service Delivery
  • Proven experience in large-scale migrations, deployments, and transformation programs
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Program governance & stakeholder management
    • ITIL-based service operations
    • Risk, escalation, and vendor management
      Key Strengths
  • Excellent executive communication & presentation skills
  • Experience in branding, org communication, and storytelling
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • SharePoint portal creation and management / Git repo / Jira structures
    • Repository building (knowledge base, runbooks, templates, dashboards)
    • Newsletter content collation and BIO content / marketing team support
  • Strong collaboration across global, cross-functional teams
    Preferred
  • ITIL / PMP / Scrum certifications
  • Experience in hybrid cloud environments

As part of Corporate Processes and Information Technology(CP&IT), IT Operations is SAP's platform provider and responsible for running SAP’s critical business applications. Within IT Operations, the service unit “Business Infrastructure Operations” (BIO) is responsible for 24x7 secure operations of important and critical SAP systems and applications embedded in an international delivery approach. BIO runs hybrid environment with various operating systems and databases on on-prem, IaaS on Public (Azure) and Private cloud Infrastructure. BIO works in close collaboration with SAP development and porting teams as a trusted partner to implement the latest and greatest product releases which serve as reference to SAP customers. The teams are distributed globally and located in Germany, India and Mexico.
