The FM L2 Engineer is responsible for network fault management activities, including troubleshooting network issues, identifying and analyzing network-related faults, coordinating field dispatches, and handling service desk-related tasks. The role also involves performing advanced-level investigation of faults, incidents, and problems to accurately localize the source of failures across network, infrastructure, or related domains.
