About Company:

An ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented Fiber Design (Manager) with hands-on experience in telecom fiber projects. Experience Required: Min 10 years of experience in Telecom Fiber Design / FTTH / FTTx CAD drafting.

An Ideal Candidate:

The client is involved in the preparation of Civil, Structural, and Engineering drawings with supporting documents for construction-related activities, the client is also supplying design documents needed for the construction of Mobile Telecommunication Sites, with various Telecom service providers. The client offers end-to-end engineering design to plan and complete projects on time.

Key Competencies:

1.Handle new projects from the enquiry stage.

2.To Coordinate with the BD team to estimate and handle technical queries of the new projects.

3.Understand the scope of the project and recommend a Project plan.

4.To Coordinate with the Delivery head on the resources required to execute the new projects.

5.To ensure the trial projects are delivered on time with good quality.

6.Create relevant SOP for New clients capturing all the specifications.

7.Handover the Pilot projects to the respective Team Manager with complete documentation.

8.To raise PO for all the revision/additional scope of sites as and when required and raise Zoho addition request to MIS Team for new clients client/Project types for new project scopes received from the existing client

9.Evaluate Business requirement and advise the Delivery Head to raise manpower request based on the business forecast.
