In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Develop techno‑commercial proposals for Rosemount field instrumentation and manage end‑to‑end execution of project orders.
  • Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support for Rosemount products.
  • Review RFQs and select suitable instruments by defining detailed technical specifications.
  • Design and recommend instrumentation solutions aligned with specific process applications.
  • Support Emerson Sales Offices to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Prepare and manage post‑order documentation, including document clean‑up, addressing customer comments, and ensuring timely submission.
  • Participate in internal project execution meetings to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable outcomes.
  • Coordinate procurement of buyout items and work closely with external vendors.
  • Take ownership of meeting committed project schedules and milestones.
  • Maintain logs and records of key project and proposal metrics.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience of approximately 2–3 years in core instrumentation within the process industry, EPC organizations, or OEM environments.
  • A clear understanding of the working principles of pressure, temperature, differential pressure flow, level measurement, radar‑based level instruments, and flame and gas monitoring systems.
  • Familiarity with installation, calibration, and practical application of field instruments.
  • Working knowledge of instrument data sheets, technical specifications, international standards for hazardous and flammable areas, and ingress protection (IP) codes.
  • Ability to select appropriate instrument types and models based on customer and application requirements.
  • Comfort using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Project is an advantage.
  • Exposure to post‑order documentation and project execution activities.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering (BE/B.Tech) from a recognized institute.
  • Post‑graduate qualification (ME/M.Tech) in Instrumentation Engineering is an added advantage.
