The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder, leading a diverse and multidisciplinary team in driving strategic initiatives and projects across various departments. The candidate will work closely with the Founder, gaining a front-row seat to the entire business and contributing to various initiatives and projects across different departments, including strategy, operations, finance, analytics, and more. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping the company's trajectory and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and success
Responsibilites
Lead and manage the Founder's Office team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Collaborate very closely with the Founder to develop and execute strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to the company's growth and market expansion
Ability to work across functional areas and geographies e.g. Market entry strategy for a country, Building a customer success team, Marketing strategy execution for a key region / channel
Oversee the execution of various projects and initiatives across different departments, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and successful delivery of key business objectives
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving approaches to drive business success and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
6-8+ years of relevant experience working in a management/strategy/consulting domain or in a fast-paced startup environment
Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong judgement and creativity
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics. An MBA is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
