The FP&A Senior Associate - Support Functions at NIQ represents a crucial position within our Corporate Finance Planning & Analysis Team. This role is dedicated to supporting our Corporate Business Units, services, and divisions, focusing on maximizing efficiency, effectiveness, and customer centricity across all tracker activities within our center of excellence. As a key member of our Global Finance Operations team, you will ensure that services provided adhere to the highest standards and comply with clearly defined service level agreements (SLAs) with various internal stakeholders. Your exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills will drive informed decision-making, significantly contributing to the transformation and optimization of finance operations at NIQ. This important role will be part of the Global Finance Operations – within our Finance Planning & Analysis Service Delivery Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to our finance business partners and corporate function leaders including Finance, Marketing, Legal, HR, Real Estate, Procurement and Strategy.

• Support the monthly close process including data analysis, journal entries, monitoring accruals, and conducting detailed variance analysis to ensure results are accurately reflected on a monthly basis.
• Support preparation of monthly reporting packs, provide detailed variance explanations and summarize key trends to help craft the story for leadership review.
• Conduct monthly forecasting activities and engage in the data governance process to identify and resolve disconnects versus plan or prior year to ensure financial transparency.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and 3-year strategic plan.  Collaborate with leaders and develop detailed expense plans that align to overall strategy and meet financial targets.
• Participate in Wages & Salaries forecasting and headcount management, as well as develop and monitor key performance indicators across our corporate functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/CFA/CIMA/CPA is a must
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a multinational corporation or Financial Operations environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data into actionable insights.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders at different levels across the organization.
• Proficient in financial modeling and experience with financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
