As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves managing the complete lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires designing and implementing solutions that enhance client services by applying innovative approaches and modern technologies. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges, adopting a cloud-first strategy, and working within an agile environment to deliver high-quality software products that meet evolving client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Support Benchling platform operations, including experiment tracking, data entry, and workflow management.
-Configure and maintain Benchling modules (ELN, registry, inventory, workflows) based on client requirements.
-Ensure accurate and compliant capture, validation, and maintenance of scientific data within the platform.
-Coordinate with R&D scientists, lab teams, and client stakeholders to support platform usage and resolve functional queries.
-Assist in platform onboarding, user access management, and training support.
-Support data migration, integration activities, and system enhancements where required.
-Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards (GxP / pharma guidelines) in data and process management.
-Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and platform improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
-Basic understanding of Benchling or similar R&D platforms (ELN / LIMS / Scientific systems)
-Strong data management and analytical skills
-Understanding of life sciences / biotech / pharma domain (R&D processes)
-Good communication skills to interact with scientific and technical stakeholders
-Ability to work in structured and compliance-driven environments

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
