Key Responsibilities:
Frontend (React):
* Develop responsive, accessible UI components using ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns.
* Build reusable component libraries and maintain consistent design implementation across the product.
* Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, handling state management, routing, and error scenarios gracefully.
* Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, and overall user experience across browsers and devices.
Backend (Python):
* Design and implement scalable backend services and REST APIs in Python to support product features.
* Ensure secure data handling, input validation, authentication/authorization patterns, and robust error handling.
* Write clean, testable code and improve reliability through unit/integration tests and debugging practices.
Fullstack Delivery & Collaboration:
* Own features end-to-end-from requirement understanding to implementation, testing, and production support.
* Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and document technical decisions clearly.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to estimate work, manage priorities, and deliver iteratively.
AI Enablement:
* Assist in integrating AI-driven functionality into applications, focusing on practical user value and maintainability.
* Collaborate on experimentation, evaluation, and safe rollout of AI features within product workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of professional experience in fullstack development with strong hands-on ReactJS and Python.
* Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
* Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, browser behavior, security basics) and modern development practices.
* Experience writing maintainable code with testing, debugging, and version control workflows.
* Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA (or equivalent practical experience).
