Responsibilities - 

• Maintenance of competitive customer pricing within John Crane ERP systems
• Coordinating with Commercial & Framework pricing queries
• Maintenance of complex master pricing file
• Maintenance of Commercial, Framework & Partner price books
• Maintenance of Global contract systemization
• Support Global portfolios and customers with new price record creation
• Regional sales and product analysis
• Supporting regional sales and product pricing rollout projects
• Competitor pricing market analysis
• Maintenance and ownership of the Global pricing inbox
• Develop, maintain and update master pricing file
• Collate and document market / customer insight, and develop response to key trends
• Provide key analysis and insights into pricing trends and regionally and locally
• Responding to Global pricing inbox requests within SLA requirements.
• Identify key accounts
• Establish and maintain relationships
• Document & report cost, pricing, margin
• Manage pricing data
• Support training rollout
• Develop bottom-up pricing records
• Support Global pricing factor creation
• Develop price training documentation
