The Practice-A Brief Sketch
The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
The Generative AI Manager(GEN AI) is a mid-level position within the Marketing Transformation offering of S&C GN Song. The individual will be responsible for leading and building the GEN AI offering for S&C GN Song. This role requires strong leadership, consulting, project management,data science and communication skills with a deep understanding of emerging marketing technologies and trends. The key responsibilities will include:
Provide thought leadership to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the implementation of Generative AI solutions that are aligned with business goals.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, identify opportunities for applying Generative AI, and provide tailored solutions to address their unique challenges
Strategize and execute end-to-end generative AI projects right from origination, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to the successful delivery of the same.
Skilled at generating business opportunities through collaborative efforts with the Sales team
When needed, serve as a techno-marketeer and act as a bridge between technical, business andclient teams
Should have sound knowledge of Marketing domain covering from Brand, Content management, Ad-Tech, Martech, Media and Marketing operations.
Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills for effectively conveying technical concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa while reaching an alignment for smooth delivery of the project
Possess strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective client engagement and stakeholder management
Provide guidance and mentorship to the team of Generative AI professionals and plan for long-term growth and upskilling
Stay on top of the latest Gen AI developments and leveraging the same in client conversations and engagements
Drive the ethical and responsible usage of Generative AI, addressing privacy, bias, and fairness concerns
Key Skills:Generative AI Expertise, Familiarity with coding languages like Python and AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or GPT, Data Analysis and Insights, Digital customer experience, Strategic thinking, Analytical skills, Project Management

Ability to analyze extensive datasets, merging them with macroeconomic factors and competitive benchmarks to derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
Proficiency in working effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, both offshore and onshore, to meet the demands of generative AI consulting.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex AI concepts and strategies effectively to key stakeholders.
Skill in handling clients to develop, manage, and deepen relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Leadership qualities combined with problem-solving, organizational, and delegation skills to inspire and nurture team members for peak performance.
Proficiency in identifying new opportunities, developing comprehensive solutions, and taking ownership of proposals from inception to completion.
Contribution to the development of AI-related offerings, identifying growth areas in skills, platforms, and assets to enhance the brand's generative AI strategy offerings.

MBA from a tier 1 institute with a degree in marketing / data science or statistics.Specialization in AI, machine learning is preferred.
15+ years of experience with at least 8-10 years in the field of Data Science and AI
Proven experience in leading the development of Generative AI / AI solutions for the client
Marketing Functional expertise of Gen AI along withbroad understanding of foundation model & LLM’s
Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
Understanding of consulting methodologies, project management frameworks, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable project plans
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to apply Generative AI methodologies to address complex business challenges
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or TensorFlow is an added advantage
Experience in working across multiple industries
Experience in setting up and growing teams to meet needs across skills, geographies and industries
