About the Department


Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to manage IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Intelligent Automation CoE (IA CoE) department leads a key IT innovation initiative in DD&IT (while running from Global Business Services under the Cross-IT umbrella of FBCIT, responsible for automating processes by developing, supporting, and maintaining Robots, iBPM and Chatbots in Novo Nordisk.


The Position


As GxP Automation System Manager you are in charge to take care of operational and compliance aspects of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Platform along with overall compliance responsibility of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Department within Intelligent Automation Center of Excellance .It includes,


  • Responsible for operation and maintenance of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Platform as per Novo Nordisk guidelines with compliance aspects of overall Robotic Process Automation(RPA) Platform.
  • Responsible for implementing and improving the compliance aspects of all the Bots developed and/or maintained by Robotic Process Automation (RPA) department within Intelligent Automation Center of Excellance.
  • Responsible for periodic upgrade and addition to components to the Robotic Process Automation Platform and represent the platform during internal and external audits.
  • Accountable for vendor interactions to understand the product roadmap and recommending, planning, and implementing it in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Platform.
  • Performing various tasks related to Computerized System Validation (CSV) including compliance related tasks to perform CAPA and RCA using 5 x Why approach or any similar approach while executing test and reporting.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or similar qualification.
  • Required experience of 12-15 years in Information Technology.
  • Proven track record of driving platform management and compliance in client operations.
  • Experience with managing large scale IT solutions.
  • Good understanding of Public and Private cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of GxP framework.
  • Demonstrate pro-activeness and task ownership.
  • Understanding of general business environment.
  • Understanding of Project Management Framework including Agile Project concepts.
  • Good problem-solving and process skills.
  • ITIL intermediate or expert certification desired, including Change/Release and Problem management.
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps.
  • Excellent Communication skills (Verbal & Written).
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry will be helpful.
