OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:


  • Contribute to realize the design and development of the ATS HMI for different projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Contribute to the elaboration of HMI Sw specification & architecture, in collaboration with the architect
  • Develop and design of HMI Graphics (Symbols / Mimics)
  • Perform the HMI Sw modules detailed design & coding
  • Work closely with ATS leader and all the stake holders.
  • Ensure the HMI development process in followed during development.
  • Put the work product under configuration management according to product Configuration Management Plan
  • Support the ATS integration and V&V teams 

Qualifications & Skills:


EDUCATION


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:


  • Ability to work in distributed teams.
  • Takes strong initiative
  • Good at communicating within the team as well as with all the stake holders
  • Strong customer focus
  • Highly proactive
  • Good at decision making

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE 


  • 4 + years of experience in software design and development
  • VBA, VBS, VB6.0 on Windows OS proficiency
  • Must have good experience in debugging VBA,VBS,VB6.0 applications
  • Microsoft SQL Server working experience.
  • Good knowledge of SCADA systems and its high-level architecture.
  • Experience in working with OPC protocol.
  • Able to understand Change request cycle for bug logging.
  • Requirements Management in DOORS

Nice to have:


  • Railway Signaling HMI Experience.
  • SCADA Component development.
