About the team

This role is a part of our Technology Support Team. Involves in implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with the business.

What you will be doing

• Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact release scope, quality, and schedules.
• Planning release windows and cycles across portfolios, components.
• Managing relationships working on interrelated processes.
• Communicating crucial release plans and changes.
• Measuring and monitoring progress to achieve a timely software release within defined budgetary limits and defined quality standards.
• Coordinating processes between different teams (possibly in various locations). Communicating necessary release details to business teams. Conducting release readiness and milestone reviews..

What you bring:

• 6 to 10 years in experience in HP Nonstop Application Support Working Experience in Production support.
• Good knowledge of FUP, Pathways, RSC, etc utilities.
• Good in SQL/MP & Enscribe Database Knowledge.
• Good to have tacl scripting knowledge.
• Experience in managing codes on Disaster recovery system.
• Should be willing to work in Rotational Shifts (Early Morning and Afternoon Shifts)
