Job Description
HR Business Partner Manager
Manage HR service delivery for assigned Corporate Function and ensure alignment with business and HR strategic objectives. Act as primary connection between Corporate Function Leadership and Corporate Functions employees.
Your role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities. You should review these in conjunction with career level guidelines to gain a clear understanding of the expectations for your role.
Overall
- Work closely with Corporate Function Leadership to understand the business/practice strategy and current performance and use that knowledge to coach and advise leaders and employees.
- Work with HR team to understand and support talent priorities and talent programs and make employees aware of specific opportunities.
- Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals.
- Execute key HR processes within HR Partner role, i.e. performance management, exit management, grievance management and career moves through internal role postings and Workday.
- Work with the Corporate Functions HR Lead to coordinate the Employee Experience in the practice, including working on projects related to engagement, feedback, coaching and learning.
- Coordinate, deliver, prioritize and manage escalation of all activities executed by the HR Partner Team.
- Resolve any escalated issues and risks
- Ensure career planning and development for employees
- Proactively work with employees to ensure business critical employee information is up to date and accurate (Skills, PA, etc.)
- Work with the Corporate Functions Leadership to develop and execute strategies and actions to achieve I&D objectives and measure the results and key trends in the practice.
- Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the Corporate Functions HR Partner team
- Lead team or play important People Lead role for HR Partner team members as required
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience preferably focused on HR Delivery / HR Partner
Responsibilities
- Experience interacting with employees at all levels within the organization
- Deep human resources service delivery experience
- Solid understanding of Accenture’s business operations and business strategy
- Exposure to Workday

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coaching skills; should possess the ability to confidently provide HR guidance to all levels of the organization.
- Experience in building successful and productive working relationships.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and successfully meet deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong coaching and partnering capability combined with a demonstrated ability to influence.
- Overtime may be required at various points throughout the year.
