As an HR Generalist at Pattern, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions to support our employees and the organization's strategic goals. You will apply your 5-7 years of HR experience to manage and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring legal compliance.


Responsibilities:


Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.


Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and provide guidance to managers and employees in resolving workplace issues.


Performance Management: Develop and administer performance appraisal programs, coach managers on performance feedback, and assist in talent development.


Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programsand assist employees with inquiries and claims.


Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's policies and practices are in compliance with employment laws.


Training and Development: Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.


HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.


HR Policies: Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.


Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.


HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and personnel files.


Offboarding Responsibilities: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions. Manage the offboarding process ensuring various compliances are taken into account.


Qualification:


  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources


  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience as a Generalist.


  • Good understanding of employment laws and regulations.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


  • Proficient in handling HR software applications
