Job Profile:


Recruitment


  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.

HR Partnering


  • Act as a trusted advisor to key business leaders by staying abreast of business and workplace trends.
  • Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth.
  • Key focus on talent review, succession planning and talent development for ensuring that we continually strengthen the pipeline of talent.
  • Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors.
  • Working with key L&D team to deliver function training to support the growth of talent in the function, this may include specialist training.
  • Compensation –Partner with the Compensation Teams to deploy remuneration strategies/plans to attract and reward employees based on business and employee performance.
  • Collaborate with Senior HRBPs and global HR partners to ensure local execution of business initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field.


Required skills and Experience.


  • Overall 8 -10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering role with minimum 4 years’ of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
  • Experience working with management level partners on employee relations, performance management, talent management, leadership development and related strategies.
  • Experience of working in global manufacturing and product-based company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen & problem-solving skills.
