HR Manager needed for a CBSE School in Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat

Job Brief: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at our CBSE School. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the school’s mission and objectives in employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall school strategy.
  
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  
• Support current and future school needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the school.
  
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  
• Experience developing and teaching content to managers and supervisors to increase their leadership capabilities.
  
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience driving results in the human resources field.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in labor relations and compliance.
  
• Experience in compensation and employee benefit programs administration is advantageous.
