The project: 


This is a high-rise residential project in Noida.


You’ll be responsible for:


  • Supports the effective implementation of Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) policies, standards and procedures across the business.
  • Coordinates inspection and audit programmes, undertaking HSW inspections and supporting compliance audits against ISO and other applicable standards.
  • Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of HSW standards, ensuring alignment with corporate requirements and best practice.
  • Analyses audit findings, performance data, corrective actions and key metrics to identify trends and drive improvement.
  • Assists in identifying risks, gaps and improvement opportunities, supporting the development and delivery of effective mitigation plans.
  • Builds collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture and support business objectives.

You’ll need to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience of projects of a similar nature.
