Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, customize, and maintain IBM FileNet solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
* Configure and extend FileNet components such as Content Engine, Process Engine/Workflow, and Content Navigator interfaces.
* Build and optimize workflows, document lifecycle management, security models, and metadata/classification structures.
* Implement integrations and services to connect FileNet with upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
* Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver performance and stability improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate, plan, develop, test, and deploy enhancements in iterative releases.
* Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices for FileNet development and support.
* Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven approaches to improve content discovery, classification, and process automation.

Minimum Qualifications:
* BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in IBM FileNet development.
* Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet platform capabilities and enterprise content management concepts.
* Experience designing and implementing workflows, security, document classes, properties, and foldering strategies.
* Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across FileNet components and deployed solutions.
* Solid communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
