About you and this role


As the Identity Lifecycle and Governance Specialist, you will be part of the Information Security Services (ISS) - Identity and Access Management team and will work under the general direction of Identity and Access Management leader.  Your responsibilities will include supporting, developing, and implementing a comprehensive Identity Governance framework including metrics, dashboards, user access and entitlements. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by defining and monitoring governance processes related to identity and access management.


Responsibilities


  • Identity Lifecycle Management: Automate the identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver activities, and role-based access provisioning across systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and SAP.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Consolidate auditing and activity reporting to address compliance with requirements such as SOX, NIST, and GDPR.
  • Integration, Provisioning, and Policy Enforcement: Utilize IGA connectors to integrate with systems such as WorkDay, ServiceNow, SAP and Microsoft products for seamless identity provisioning and access management.  Enforce identity and access policies throughout the user identity lifecycle to maintain security and compliance standards.  Identify opportunities for process automation to reduce manual efforts.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for IGA processes and provide training on identity governance procedures and tools.
  • Analysis: Conduct data analysis and trend monitoring to identify anomalies, potential risks, and control deficiencies in user access patterns and entitlements.

Qualifications


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Prior Identity and Access Management work. Experience with IGA tools automating the provisioning and de-provisioning process.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and/or Entra ID (Azure).

Preferred Skills


  • Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to document requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem management capabilities to address complex IGA challenges.  Comfortable with executing precise governance processes.  Able to find ways to automate existing manual processes.
  • Self-starter.  Able to initiate own work based on self-identified issues and drive solutions to completion.  Basic scripting ability to automate small tasks.

  • Relocation assistance is not available with this position.
  • The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones is essential.
