Key Responsibilities


  • Create client solutions and reports using microsoft power platform, dynamics 365, power automate, and power bi.
  • Manage data migration and transition from legacy software to Morningstar systems.
  • Maintain accurate crm records for centralized client oversight.
  • Track new implementations and collaborate with internal teams for releases and bau transition.
  • Lead new client onboarding, identify challenges, and define transition roadmaps.
  • Deliver initial and ongoing system training to client back-office teams either face-to-face or remotely.

Experience & Attributes


  • Experience with microsoft dynamics 365 is highly recommended.
  • Familiarity with crm, data analysis, data migration, and financial advice processes.
  • Proven technical implementation and project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to multitask, manage concurrent implementations, and negotiate complex issues.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in an agile, consultative environment.
