Job Description

Responsible for leading a team of assistant Manager, engineers and workmen to ensure general upkeep and maintenance of ChkP manufacturing facility including,Electrical infrastructure, utilities & supplies,  mechanical infrastructure, security system etc. and plan for up gradation of the same to meet health, safety and quality requirements and provide better working conditions.

• Facility Management: Evaluate, plan and coordinate all installations ( power, compressed air, HVAC, water, captive power plant etc.), operation, maintenance & refurbishment of installations, ensure effective waste management and recycling system.
• ESG/Sustainability- Good exposer on Sustainability and have been implemented the projects on ESG/Sustainability
• Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new civil infrastructure (buildings, utilities etc.), relocation projects and for timely delivery.
• Review utilities consumption, inspect civil, electrical and mechanical infrastructure to determine need for repairs or renovations and strive to minimize costs.
• Projects Energy/Water: Analyse energy and Water consumption, assess expenditure, identify areas of improvement and projects for cost saving, drive energy, Water conservation initiatives to ensure Y-O-Y reduction in cost & consumption of natural resources.
• Projects Civil, Infrastructure: Plan & Execute projects for Building construction/extension as per business requirement considering future expansions.
• Legal & Statutory Requirements: Coordinate & Ensure all legal & statutory requirements are fulfilled as per timeline.
• Budget Preparation and Control: Cost calculations, Budget preparation & review, identify capital purchases, control revenue & capital budget, coordinate with suppliers for quotations & technical discussion for MAE / equipment / service finalization and ensure timely delivery
• Assist the Procurement team in the procurement of facility management service contracts, consultancy support and work contracts in accordance with Bosch financial and procurement policies and procedures
• Ensure health and safety compliance, 5’s at workplace, compliance to audit points, HSE audits.
• Housekeeping: Ensure finalization & execution of Best Housekeeping Contract for maintaining Stand Out cleanliness of Shop Floor, Toilets & Facilities. Identify the ways to optimize cost through IFMS etc….
• Maintain Site 5S & site cleanliness including storm water discharge etc.

Qualifications

• BE Electrical(preferred)/Mechanical with 12+ years of experience.
