Job Description
- 12-15 years of relevant experience (minimum 3 years experience at leadership position)
- Proficient in predictive tools like TPM, Condition based monitoring, vibration analysis, tomography, online monitoring, Early warning systems etc.
- Experience in maintenance processes and models e.g. Reactive, Preventive, Predictive ability based maintenance, spares management, Inventory control etc.
- Competent Knowledge of machine design, pneumatic, hydraulics, digital tools, control systems, interfaces with various functional elements of the machine
- Proficient in predictive tools like TPM, Condition based monitoring, vibration analysis, tomography, online monitoring, Early warning systems etc.
- Competent Knowledge of financial concepts and cost analysis (Fixed cost, variable cost, VA, ... etc.)
- Competent Knowledge of QMS e.g. IATF/16949, EMS standards, processes, Shop floor Management (SFMC), Ergonomics, Lean concepts (SCRUM, Agile workshops etc.)
- Possess strong organizational skills to lead, negotiation, conflict communication & collaboration
- Competent in System leadership and customer centrism
- Proficient in SAP, product and process knowledge
- Competent of new and emerging technology, innovations, Digital competency (Al, 14.0, data analytics etc.)
Qualifications
- B.Tech./B.E. (Mechanical/Automobile)
- MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (desirable)
Additional Information
- Willingness to work in 3 shifts as FLM in maintenance
- Handling activities with maintenance associates
- Good team player
- Personality: Responsible, assertive, communicative, presentation skills & good team player
- Working Practice: Ability to manage workforce & maintain cordial Industrial Relations. Should be able to resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge: Concepts of Lean manufacturing, Quality tools-Problem solving techniques and systems & ISO9001/QS9000/IATF16949 quality system. ISO14001. Excellent skills in decision making, planning & organization. Knowledge on I4.0 implementation.
- Good to have: Quality tools and Hydraulics / Pneumatic circuit knowledge, Electronics circuit, Ladder diagrams knowledge with analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Flexibility: Must be flexible to work in shifts and areas
